The staff attentiveness was outstanding. Manager Diana Liu was exceptionally helpful. Front desk staff were friendly and supportive. Quick and efficient check-in and check-out process. Room service was patient and accommodating. Housekeeping maintained a spotless room. The plush hotel had a great swimming pool.

the hotel's location was convenient, close to a variety of restaurants and shops. I also appreciated the comfortable and clean rooms, which allowed me to get a good night's sleep.

Although the hotel was generally well-maintained, it was disappointing to find that the air conditioning in the room was not working properly. there were a few smokers in the hallways which detracted from the overall experience.

This hotel has friendly and helpful staff who speak multiple languages, making communication easy for all travelers. the location is convenient with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. Rooms are well-maintained, with comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, and modern amenities. the breakfast served is diverse and delicious, with a range of options to suit different tastes. the hotel boasts excellent facilities, including a gym, pool, and spa.

The pool and facilities were great, which made our Christmas stay memorable. The hotel's location was also very convenient, allowing us to easily explore the area. the staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay.

We had some issues with the air conditioning during our visit, which made our room uncomfortably warm. The hotel staff did try to help by switching our room and providing a portable air cooler, but it wasn't the same as having proper air conditioning.

We loved the great facilities, including the fabulous swimming pool and plush ambiance. The staff were amazing, patiently taking our order and recommending alternatives while being attentive throughout our stay. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and the housekeeping team did a fantastic job keeping the room clean and tidy.

The luxurious services at this hotel exceeded our expectations. the indoor swimming pool was clean and refreshing, and the BBQ facilities were top, notch. We particularly enjoyed the leisure/TV room which provided a comfortable space to relax and unwind. the in, room breakfast was convenient and tasty, and the staff were attentive to our special diet requests.

While the restaurant had a diverse menu, we found that the prices were quite high for the portions served. the location of the hotel was slightly inconvenient for exploring the surrounding area.
